You hit that button and an email is sent to the people that owe you paperwork… Our customers, we can give them a link, and they can watch their own freight move across America, just like we can.
When we’re doing billing through Quickbooks, paid bills get updated automatically. We don’t have to go in and upload something else to Quickbooks to show that it’s been paid, it’s done automatically through Alvys.
I love Alvys. I see them as a partner. Their support is great…when I send something to their support staff, they get it done quickly. You don’t get that from a lot of TMS providers. I didn’t get it from my last one. I would tell them the problem I was having, and I wouldn’t hear back in 2 days. I had to call them and say I need you all to get this fixed.
