Scaling Back to Move Forward

At one point, Cody managed a large fleet but realized the importance of having the right tools to support growth and efficiency. "I couldn’t find a TMS that was simple to learn to use and did what I wanted it to do," he shared.

Fast-forward to today: Cody’s operations are streamlined, and he’s focused on scaling efficiently. Thanks to Alvys TMS, he’s confident he can expand his operations easily. "I could probably do 50 trucks with just me and one dispatcher using this system. Everything’s visual. If a load cancels, no problem. I just drag and drop and start rearranging loads," he explains.

Cody’s contributions include organizing events, assisting with logistics for fundraisers, and using his platform to raise awareness for the cause. "It’s not just about honoring those who have served," Cody shared. "It’s about showing their families that their sacrifice matters and that they’re not alone."
