To understand how a Customer processes your Personal Information, please contact that Customer and refer to their own privacy policies.

We also use it to personalize your experience, for example, by using location information to determine language preferences or display accurate date and time information.
- To Communicate With You. We use your information to send you transactional and administrative messages regarding your account, subscription, or other Service-related announcements, and to respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests.
- For Marketing and Promotion. We may use your information to contact you with information about our products and services. Most marketing messages we send will be by email, and you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions within the email.

We do not use AI or machine learning to make automated decisions that would have a legal or similarly significant effect on you without human oversight.
- For Security, Compliance, and Enforcement. We use your information to maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our platform, to monitor activity to enforce our Terms of Use, to prevent and investigate fraud or other unauthorized activity, and to comply with applicable legal requirements.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to marketers or unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your personal information with trusted entities, as outlined below.
- Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services for us or on our behalf, such as payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance. We limit the information provided to these service providers to that which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions, and we require them to agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
- Affiliates and Business Transfers. We may share your information with our corporate affiliates. We may also share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, sale of company assets, financing, or other business transfer. We will require the receiving party to honor this Privacy Policy.
- Advertising Partners. We may share certain information with third-party advertising partners to provide ads that we think may interest you. However, mobile information collected for text (SMS) communications will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
- To Comply with the Law and Protect Our Rights. We may disclose your information if we believe it is necessary to respond to legal process, comply with applicable law, investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or protect the rights, property, and safety of ourselves or others. This includes exchanging information with other entities for fraud protection.
- With Your Consent. We may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.
Third-Party Services
This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of personal information collected by Alvys. You should be aware that when you are using the Services, you may also use or be directed to other websites, applications, or services of third parties that are beyond our control. Alvys is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties or the content of their websites, applications, or services. We encourage you to read the posted privacy policy whenever interacting with any third-party website, application, or service.
Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures, including encryption for data in transit and at rest, to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. WE CANNOT ENSURE OR WARRANT THE SECURITY OF ANY INFORMATION YOU TRANSMIT TO US, AND YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Data Retention
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process it, and applicable legal requirements. When data is no longer necessary for these purposes, we will take measures to delete or de-identify it. Following termination or deactivation of your account, we will have no obligation to maintain or provide any of your data and may thereafter delete all such data in our systems, unless legally prohibited.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels (such as the Meta/Facebook Pixel), and other tracking technologies on our Services to help customize the platform and improve your experience. We use these technologies for several purposes, such as keeping you logged in, understanding how our Services are used, and for analytics. Third-party technologies may be used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to understand user actions on our platform. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies, though this could affect the availability and functionality of our Services.
Your Rights and Choices
We provide you with the ability to exercise certain controls and choices regarding our collection, use, and sharing of your information.
- Account Information. You may review or change the information in your account at any time by logging into your account settings. You may also decline to share certain personal information with us, in which case we may not be able to provide some features of the Services.
- Promotional Communications. If you receive commercial emails from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email. Please be aware that if you opt out of receiving commercial emails, it may take up to ten (10) business days for us to process your request, and you will continue to receive administrative and transactional messages from us regarding the Services.
- SMS / Text Messages. You can opt-out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
- Geolocation: You can prevent our collection of location information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device.
- Do Not Track. Some web browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” feature. Because there is not yet an accepted standard for how to respond to Do Not Track signals, our Services do not currently respond to such signals.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
International Data Transfers
Our Services are hosted and operated in the United States. If you are using our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United States might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using our Services, you consent to your information being transferred to our facilities and to the third parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Policy.
