Part 1: Configure Your Notice of Assignment

Navigate to the Management page within Alvys by clicking the Profile button in the upper right corner, then select "Management".

Find the "Important Information" section of the Management page, then click the plus sign (+) button. The "Manage Important Info" pop-up window will appear.

In the Manage Important Info window, click the drop-down menu to find and select "Notice of Assignment". Then, copy and paste the Notice of Assignment text from your factoring company into the text box.

Click save.

Part 2: Configure Wex FleetOne Integration in Alvys

Please remove the old WEX integration prior to setting up the new WEX FleetOne FTP integration.

Before integrating with Wex FleetOne, please contact WEX and request FTP credentials can be used in your setup with Alvys. Please note that you will need to request a separate set of credentials for each subsidiary that you plan to use with Wex for factoring.

On the same Management page, find the Integrations tab in the upper left corner of the Management page.

Select the subsidiary you wish to integrate with Wex FleetOne, then expand the FactoringFTP option from the list of integration types.

Click the pencil icon next to the “Wex FleetOne FTP” option.

The Add Integration window will open prompting you to enter a Username and Password.

Click the blue Save button to save your changes.

Each subsidiary will have its own and unique Factoring integration.

Part 3: Submitting a Batch

When you are ready to submit your batch (all the loads that have a Queued status and their invoicing method is factoring), please navigate to the Factoring Upload page from the Accounting option in navigation menu in Alvys.

Make sure you have selected the Subsidiary for which you wish to make a submission.

Select all the invoices you wish to submit.

Click the Submit Batch button.

Please wait until the submission is complete (closing this page or navigating away from it may disrupt the submission).

Part 4: Submitting a Batch

In some instances, the reference number can be missing from Customers when doing a submission. This is indicated by an red warning icon.

Reference Number is provided, via a speadsheet, by WEX after the initial submission for a customer.

To add the reference number, simply click on the customer name to navigate to the customer details page.

In the right panel, in the Invoicing Methods section, click the pencil icon to edit the preferred invoicing method.

In the window that opens, enter the Reference Number and click Update Invoice Method.

Part 5: Upload your Purchase Report

From the navigation bar, in the Reports option select Factoring Report Select the batch for which you would like to upload the purchase report.

Click on the blue circle Upload Purchase Report button located in the bottom right corner of that page.

This will open a prompt where you will be able to either drag-and-drop the report file or click and then select it from its location folder on your device.

After the file has been dropped/selected, please click on the Upload button.

Please do not close the page until the reports have been processed. It can take anywhere from several seconds to a few minutes, based on the size of the file.

Part 6: Upload your Payment Report

From the navigation bar, in the Reports option select Factoring Report Select the batch for which you would like to upload the purchase report.

Click on the Upload Payment Report button.

The either drag-and-drop the file in the blue section or click on it and select it from the respective folder in your device:

Click the Upload button.

Please do not close the page until the reports have been processed. It can take anywhere from several seconds to a few minutes, based on the size of the file.
