If you have a ConnectedSuite Telematics account with ThermoKing, you can see the location and temperature / operating mode setting on your trailers.

Requesting Credentials

Setting up the Thermo King integration requires the user to have an existing account with Thermo King. To successfully set up the integration, the tenant would require the credentials for their rest API user: External Customer ID, Username and Password. The information can be requested from Thermo King via their support email tracking@thermoking.com.

Example of the Credentials:
Username: webservice.rest.userxxxxx@email.com
External Customer ID: A000000B-C000-0D00-00EF-G00H00I00J0K

On the Management page, select the correct subsidiary from the left hand side, then find the Integrations section.
