FREIGHT BROKER SOFTWARE

TMS SOFTWARE
DESIGNED FOR FREIGHT BROKERS

carriers tab from Alvys app
Billing used to take me at least 3 hours every day, because I had to go from my old TMS, then go into factoring, and then go into QuickBooks. Now I just have to go into Alvys. It allowed me to have the confidence to train somebody else to do that, so I can go and create more opportunities and bring more business in. I don't know if I would have felt confident doing that with our previous TMS, because it was just too complicated. And of course, you know, we're talking about the company's money. I think my staff only spends an hour and a half on accounts payable and receivables every week now.

To be a successful freight broker, you must have the right people working within the system:

  • Collect rates from carriers on the fly with an easy to use tool.
  • Use this data for your future pricing algorithm.
  • Easily share the work done by one member with the rest of the team.
  • Digitally onboard the carrier from the interested carrier list.
  • Track the carrier by having their driver download the Alvys mobile app.
  • Get paid faster. Easily upload BOLs and other paperwork at the load level.
  • Avoid cashflow hiccups. Manage the customer’s receiver’s report.
  • Manage your carrier payments and aging report including the quick-pays and claims.
  • Carrier payment approval. Avoid multiple calls and emails to your staff.
