Customer Success Manager

- As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with our customers to help them fully unlock the value of the platform and to ensure their feedback is felt internally within our organization.
- Build relationships with separate customer departments to drive adoption across their organizations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the customer and help scope out new feature requests for internal consumption.
- Continuously monitor customer health and risk by owning customer success metrics for your customer base.
- Orchestrate and execute quarterly customer reviews
- Identify and explore expansion opportunities alongside sales teams.
- You are positive and poised in all situations.
- You are a quick learner with a passion for technology.
- 2-4 years in Customer Success or Account Management functions
- Having a transportation background is strongly preferred.
- Being Bilingual is a plus.
