Before you can integrate with DAT to post loads, you need to request credentials from them.
Please send an email to techsupportteamleads@dat.com with your following information as registered with DAT:
- Customer name
- Customer Main Contact: Name/PH number
- Any unique identifier for that customer (MC #, Address, etc)
- Desired interface: REST API
- Service Account Email (this email will be used to integrate with DAT)
DAT Recommends that you create a separate service account email for such postings, one that has not been registered yet as a user with DAT. Once DAT replies that everything has been set up and activated on their end, please reach out to our Onboarding team so we can finalize the setup on our end as well. We will also need the User IDs for each of the user that will need to post loads so we can associate them accordingly.
