Customer Support Representative

Job Description:
• Work in a US logistics company;
• Manage customer service inquiries by providing assistance by chat, e-mail and phone;
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers;
• Identify and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Essential Requirements:
• Fluent English (spoken and written interaction) is a must;
• Ability to work in evening, night and weekend shifts is a must;
• Good organizational and planning skills;
• Good time management and multitasking skills;
• Good attention to detail and accuracy;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus;
• Experience in logistics is an advantage.
